Im thinking of making a website and forum for the guild. Found a free domain place and il use my dads host space. So I was wondering if you could give me helpful info about making a forum for it.

If you actually mean make, then you're up for a very long and insane process, but I kinda doubt it. Generally people would just find a forum service they want and have it generate it for you.

If not, let me know. PHP is probably the best bet, cause PERL is annoying as hell, or maybe even Heaven.

You could just get a free based service or search for a payfor provider. Look out for invision company though. They are known for overpricing.

Forums do come free for some websites but they usually have ads all over them.

You would be better off paying for one, as sad as that sounds.
