One of my zip disks just won't work anymore. I put it in the drive, then the computer makes some buzzing noises and it keeps reading the disk. It won't open when I go to it though!
Help please?

Sounds like the disk itself is screwed.
You didn't eject it while it was still writing, right? (While the green light on the disk drive was on... )

If it's doing that it's nackered. have you got another disk to test the drive? if that works your disk is shot.

Try another Zip disk. Do not put a higher zip disk in a lower zip drive Do not put floppy disks in your zip drive And always wait before ejecting zip disks

They should just have it as a warning to buyers. Also with a nice producer reference
